Evangelization Committee
To evangelize is to bear witness to Jesus, Our Lord and Savior. The mission of the Evangelization Committee is to set our parish family "on fire" with the desire to evangelize. Our committee's task is to help St. Louise de Marillac to become a parish that is excited and ready to bear witness to all God's people; whether it's a family member, a friend, a neighbor, a coworker, a fallen-away Catholic, another parishoner in the pew or a total stranger. To achieve this task, we have the following goals:
- To help parishoners know and understand that as Disciples of Christ, we all have a mission, a responsibility to bear witness to Jesus.
- To help parishoners learn how to evangelize in a manner that is comfortable and natural for them. Evangelizing comes in many forms and styles.
- To continuously provide parishoners with the tools needed to go out and spread the Good News of Our Lord, Jesus Christ.
Committee meetings are held throughout the year.
