Providing support to families of loved ones at the time of death, the Bereavement Ministry contacts family, visits the funeral home, and attends the Funeral Mass. Our goal is to have members of the Bereavement Team stay connected through the first year after the death. If the family needs assistance in any way, the membership of this team will contact the appropriate ministry to make arrangements (meals, babysitting, rides, etc.). This ministry will also assist in the planning that takes place for the Holy Mass for All Souls Day and Memorial Day.

Meetings are twice a year and a training session is provided.
